Events' evolution: the emotional training

Excite to train. This trend is becoming more and more important, both in the events related to the training than in those of business incentives: they are more and more similar in terms and content. A carefully direction, which works in synergy with the trainers and handlers of the events is fundamental to assure the success of an event. Two examples: SNAI Weekend Team and Top Team Trainers, organized by Contact Veneta, both assigned to the direction of Paolo Quagini. The first event was organized for the Superbike race in Monza: in order to give to the employees the emotion of a race, the Ducati team was sponsored by this sportsbook famous company. On Saturday all the present people attended a meeting, led by the internationally famous trainer Anthony Smith, who spoke of values, involving the protagonists of the day.

In particular, the intervention of the Italian manager was accompanied by tweets: brief thoughts to synthesized and reinforced the message of the speech.

A careful preparation of the video materials from with an emotional content is the basis for the success of the happening. The director is the manufacturer of the event with whom is on the stage. The event, well structured, becomes an actual content that the company can use to give continuity to the work done by the director and the trainer.
